Founded by Mr. Amila Ambagala, who serves as the Managing Director and CEO, the company was built on a pioneering idea—to create a trusted and efficient value chain connecting rural spice farmers with international buyers.

Founder & Creative Lead, Managing Director
Visionary Sri Lankan entrepreneur and business leader with over 22 years of experience in the finance industry, progressing from marketing executive to regional manager. Founder and managing director of multiple companies across finance, branding, agriculture, food, and exports. Passionate about building culturally authentic brands like Ceylonian, a premium Sri Lankan spice brand. Known for strategic leadership, creative direction, and community engagement through sports.

A dedicated, detail oriented professional with strong experience in leadership, credit operations, client relations, and strategic decision-making. Skilled in managing organizational activities, building efficient teams, and ensuring operational excellence within competitive business environments.

Operations Manager
I am responsible for identifying opportunities to increase revenue and reach new customers while managing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to achieve strategic goals. I cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration across the supply chain. Additionally, I negotiate contracts to secure favorable pricing and terms, contributing to overall cost efficiency. I also monitor manufacturing processes to ensure products consistently meet high quality standards and align with organizational expectations.
